Is there any natural remedy for age spots?

I have the worse age spots on my legs anyone can think of! Is there any natural way to get rid of them? I have beautiful legs and I think I look great with 45, but these age spots on my legs are taking all my confidence away to show my legs. However I don't want to lazer treat them or use harsh creams. Does anyone know a natural remedy to eliminate them?

True age spots are harmless and don't need treatment, but they can look like cancerous growths. For cosmetic reasons, age spots can be lightened with skin-bleaching products or removed. However, prevention — by avoiding the sun and using sunscreen — may be the easiest way to maintain your skin's youthful appearance and to avoid these dark skin spots.
