I have asthma. Its quite funny actually. I was using one of the older children ones but I think it was the one that was placed in the spacer at the beginning. I’ve used that one for years ever since I had asthma. Of course I used the spacer when I was a toddler. 2 years ago, I was given one of those round disc accuhalers for smaller children. I’m not saying that they can’t be used by everyone but I am nearly 18 haha.
We can easily only go where the body can take us. And they need several things – for instance proper nutrition, exercise, water that is clean and pure air to breathe. With the help of optimum health among our goals, our bodies might be a lot healthier and we’ll convey more energy. This will be also a powerful bonus for the mental health as well.
