How often do an asthmatic person need to use inhaler like Ventolin, I have a brother that seem to use it everyday with or without attack. Is this safe? Now on his last attack he coughed out so much blood that we thought we losing him , he was placed on Vitamin K to stop the bleeding. He lives in Africa and TB test shown negative.
