		<description>&lt;b&gt;you don&#039;t catch ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; you don&#039;t catch diabetes by eating lots of sweets. you develop diabetes when you have too much body fat, especially central obesity. fat blocks the door way for insulin. causing fewer insulin to enter and break the sugar for energy, thus the increase in &quot;unbroken&quot; sugar levels and symptoms of tiredness, easy fatigability etc.</description>
