Never think that supernatural powers are obtained through supernatural processes like being bitten by a spider, being hit by the lightning, and a lot more. Psychic based phenomena like telepathy are actually inherent among people. Experts would even say that they are just sleeping abilities that must be awakened through effort.

If you are telepathic you will be able to converse with others without needing the normal five senses. A telepathic person is able to send out and receive images, feelings, ideas, colors, and emotions from others. For this reason, you will be able to discover things that are only bound to happen. If ever you are interested in becoming one, telepathy training is the process for you.

Do not think that you will be tagged as something weird once you decide to enter into particular telepathy training. Many people actually do this, think about those horse whisperers or those dog whisperers which has the ability to commune efficiently with animals; do you think that they are weird? Or would you agree that they are rather special and absolutely cool?

On the other hand, telepathic abilities may come as simple as the twins who know each other very well that the other can feel what the one is feeling. People who share the strong connections with one another can further become telepaths. In fact, even spouses can share this connection. This is also true among mothers and children. Never think that telepathy training is easy because like with other fields, this is something that calls for patience and practice. Anyone however can indulge into the process so dont worry. There is no such thing as the chosen one. If Harry Potter is the only one who rules Hogwarts then you dont have to be anxious because in telepathy, everyone is given a fair chance to learn the process. The truth of the matter is, even those people with no telepathy training can typically send or receive messages the moment when there is a kind of stress drawn in. Telepathic training is a process which normally calls for the ability to calm ones mind. Because of this, a few moment of meditation can assist in preparing your mind to give way to this exercise. As you go along the process, you will realize that telepathy can be extremely fun. There are even some people who are in telepathy training who would confess that the process seems like a game that will allow you to measure how precise you can become.

A good start is to seek the help of a partner then gather a profusion of small items such as photos, cutlery, and pens, anything which can be hidden inside a pocket. Allow your friend to show you the bag then you need to make a guess of what is inside. As you go along the process, you will realize that you are becoming efficient in telepathy. When your skills improve, you will be able to pick up impressions from those people who you don’t even know well, especially if that someone is going through an emotional experience. This is actually amazing because you can know how someone feels about you with no trouble.

{It is normal even among people with no telepathy training to send or receive messages when there is a kind of stress drawn in. Telepathic training is a process which commonly calls for the knack to calm ones mind. In view of this, a few moment of meditation can assist as a big help in preparing your mind and body for this exercise.}

{As you enter the world of training for telepaths, you will recognize that telepathy is fun. Those who go into telepathy training say that this is like a game that will give them the chance of doing precise guesses.}

{To begin the training, you can start with a partner then gather a profusion of small items that you can potentially hide inside a pocket. Your friend must show you the bag then you have to guess what is located inside. As you continue the game, you will realize that you are starting to become competent in telepathy.}

{By the time when your skills improve, you will capably pick up the impressions of people who are even a stranger for you.}

Mental Telepathy: Fact or Fiction

The term ‘Mental telepathy‘ is misleadingly broad. It essentially means the direct communication of thoughts between people without using the basic five senses. There is a huge difference, however, between having a creepy feeling that someone is watching you and being able to pick the plans for a nuclear reactor out of an unsuspecting scientist’s mind. Mental telepathy covers a huge range of abilities from very basic to fairly complex. This article will attempt to explain the different levels of mental telepathy.

NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION

Kinesics, or non-verbal communication, occurs whenever two people communicate without speaking, using their eyes, body language, and facial expressions instead. This can range from simple messages like ‘go away’ to entire conversations. Any parent who has tried to communicate something to their spouse that they don’t want their children to hear has experienced this. Non-verbal communication is achieved easiest and most accurately between people who know each other well—siblings, parents and children, husbands and wives, and close friends.

Most people do not regard this form of communication as mental telepathy since here communication is through senses and not just with sounds. Theoretically, this argument holds good. However, we cannot disregard the role of mental telepathy here. The very observation that this kind of non verbal communication is most effective in people who are intimate with each other or know each other well tells us that the minds of these people are more in synch with each other. However, skeptics may argue that this communication is merely effective because people who know each other well understand each other’s body language well or have previously developed a mode of non verbal communication.

EMPATHY

When you can understand and perceive the emotional state of the other person, then this ability is known as empathy. Many people can do this well and many cant because the ability to put your self in somebody else’s shoes is not inherent. However one can develop empathy with preparation and observation. This fact can be seen in actors who can not only emulate the emotional states of others but also enhance their empathy so much that they can laugh and cry exactly like the other person.

Most people have experienced ‘sympathetic pain’—feeling another person’s pain as if it were your own. For example, after witnessing someone close to you break their arm, you may experience an uncomfortable feeling or even an ache in your arm, even though you know it’s fine. Similarly, when someone close to you is experiencing an overwhelming emotion, such as joy, grief, or depression, you may feel an echo of the same emotion inside you. Finally, there is the phenomena of long distance empathy. In this case, a person suddenly knows—they FEEL it—that someone close to them is in danger, has been hurt, or is in pain, even though they are not near the person at the time.

There are some skeptics and psychologists who scoff at these kind of incidents and call them the work of an overactive brain. In certain cases they may have a point because we can see the injury and the hurt. However in cases of long distance empathy where a person doesn’t even know that his loved one is injured or hurt, then they don’t have an explanation about why a person who cannot even see the other person can feel the pain.

CONCRETE CONCEPTS:

There is another kind of telepathy which involves sending and receiving concrete symbols and objects between two people. Here advanced Mental telepathy is involved and it is a phenomena outside the five senses. This kind of mental telepathy involves a lot of training, concentration and practice. There is a receiver and a sender involved in this.

Here the principle is that simpler concepts are easily communicated. For instance an animal is more difficult to communicate than a shape or color.

This level involves a lot of trials in telepathy. In these experiments Zener cards are used. These cards have simple symbols engraved on them like black and white patterns, squares, circles, waves etc. There are many cynics and doubters who may say that since there are merely five cards involved, there is a probability of a guess being right at least 20% of the time. However, on the other end, people feel that having known symbols can enhance the thought coordination between the sender and the receiver thus enhancing their telepathic technique. Moreover even if we assume that random guesses may succeed 20% of them time, there is no explanation of success rate of 50% or more.

ABSTRACT CONCEPTS:

Mental telepathy at this level goes beyond simple colors and shapes to more abstract concepts like ideas, actions, or values. It is rare and difficult for telepaths to achieve this level, and experiments have shown that they have a lower success rate.

Interestingly there are certain animals which can communicate effectively and we have still not discovered their modus operandi. Telepathy may be one of the methods. In this kind of communication between animals very basic abstract concepts will be involved. Since animals do not have prefrontal lobes which enhance complex communication, this communication will be restricted to basic impulses like thirst hunger and even danger.

There is a theory that humans were once capable of telepathy, but lost it as the species evolved and developed language. If this is true, then with the right stimulation humans should be able to ‘relearn’ this dormant ability.

If enough people can develop these powers, theoretically all humans in the future could use mental telepathy to communicate, according to some scientific beliefs.

What is Telepathic Communication?

When we say someone is ‘telepathic‘ are we talking about something that really exists? Most people think not—they dismiss the idea as mysticism or science fiction. On the other hand, don’t we live in a world where people fly on a regular basis? Where information floats invisibly through the air for use with laptops and cell phones? Where anyone can conjure a tongue of flame in their hand with the use of a $1 cigarette lighter?

The late, great Arthur C. Clark said that any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. So, in a sense, science and technology ARE magic; they allow us to conjure up things that were ‘impossible’ just a century ago. We draw electrical power directly from the sun. We carry around a small device that can allow us to communicate with anyone else who has a similar device anywhere on the planet instantly; and some people’s small devices allow them to visit entire libraries while they sit on a park bench. But, of course, in a literal sense, this is all just science-not ‘magic’. Right?

The idea of someone being Telepathic is often disregarded as mysticism—which is just another word for magic. Is it that much of a stretch to consider the possibility that someone really could be Telepathic, but that they simply operate under scientific principles we don’t yet understand?

The scientific investigation of Telepathic people falls under the area of paraphysics or parapsychology. The people who investigate it, paraphysicists or parapsychologists, try hard to use experiments and the scientific method to answer questions about telepathy, whether or not they like the answers they find. Some experiments on people with Telepathic powers have produced tantalizing results. In order to consider something scientifically provable, however, the test results must be measurable, consistent, and repeatable. This is where the scientific investigation of telepathy falls short—the test results are inconsistent and can’t always be duplicated. Some say this proves people can’t really be Telepathic. Others say this only proves that we don’t understand how it works yet, and haven’t developed the proper tests to measure it. But how could humans really be Telepathic? How can people communicate without the use of their five senses, using only thought alone? The obvious answer is through some means that we can’t hear, see, smell, taste, or touch, but that exists nonetheless. On the one hand, humans can already do this artificially using communication technology—radio waves can’t be observed with our five senses, but they definitely exist. On the other hand, the human brain is not a radio tower.

Or is it? ‘Thought waves’, defined as an electrical and magnetic fiend generated by the brain, has been proven to exist. This is the keystone that scientific Telepathic studies rest on. We’ll try to explain it in layman’s terms, but it may get a little complicated, so just bear with us.

How can a person be Telepathic? Without the use of other senses, telepaths use their minds and how can they do this? This is not understood completely and is one that doesn’t use the sense of taste, smell, hearing and touch. Nevertheless it does exists. Can this be done artificially? Radio waves are invisible and you can’t see, smell or touch them, but they are real. But then again, the human brain cannot be considered a radio tower.

..Or, is it? One thing that science does know and acknowledge is that there are electromagnetic waves generated by the brain called ‘thought waves’. And researchers who have not dismissed telepathy say that this is the key insight that is needed to understand it.

The brain consists of biochemical neurons that transmit electro-chemical impulses between its many different synapses. And, since these are electro-chemical impulses, they do generate minuscule but real, and measurable, electrical currents. Of course, these currents also create tiny magnetic fields. Keep in mind that there are thousands upon thousands upon thousands of synapses firing in the brain every second.

Is there any way the electrical and magnetic fields of the human brain can be boosted? Perhaps. Sometimes for example, during a heightened emotional state (such as pain, shock, fear, or feeling endangered), more neural synapses fire simultaneously, temporarily creating a spike in bio-electrical and bio-magnetic brain waves.

Does it mean telepathy exists if we call an individual ‘telepathic’? Most people do not believe this to be true. They simply do not believe it to be real and dismiss the idea as science fiction or mysticism. We live everyday with computers (all kinds) and cell phones. These items all use invisible waves, in the air, to function and people travel daily, thousands of people, in computer controlled jets.

However, it seems that when a person experiences extremely intense emotions, the brain’s electromagnetic currents and fields spike momentarily. Could this be a way of boosting the brain’s transmission powers?

Researchers of parapsychology have documented brief Telepathic communications. One instance is a mothers knowing her child has been hurt, even though they are separated by many miles. This fear and anxiety the parent experiences creates the spiking of neurons and is this brain activity telepathically communicating? Does the relationship between two individuals contribute to telepathy? Or perhaps is this all just coincidence?

While mainstream science remains doubtful about telepathy because of the lack of consistent experimental results, this is a slowly changing attitude. As more research gets conducted, more researchers are convinced that telepathy must be real-and we just need to get the experiments right to understand it and be able to allow everyone to be trained one level or another as a telepath.
